Master Life Blueprint™Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Master Life Blueprint website, public content, and online features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. A purchase, booking, enrollment, or other service relationship may be subject to additional terms presented for affirmative acceptance at the applicable transaction point.
1. Operator and scope
“Master Life Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Master Life Blueprint business operating this website and offering the services identified on it. These Terms apply to website use and do not replace a separately executed client, participant, event, speaking, licensing, certification, or other written agreement. Program enrollment may also require the Program Participant Agreement; protected coach training may require the Sovereignty Coach Training, Certification & Authorization Terms and later individualized instruments.
2. Eligibility and minors
Purchases, bookings, enrollments, and contractual submissions through this website are intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. Any offering involving a minor must be arranged by or with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian as required by law. Public children’s-content pages are directed to parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults and are not intended to solicit personal information directly from children under 13.
3. Educational and personal-development scope
Master Life Blueprint provides educational, coaching, personal-development, consulting, speaking, publishing, and related offerings as described for each service. Unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise, services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, emergency services, or a substitute for an appropriately licensed professional. No website content should be used to delay or replace professional or emergency care when it is needed.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
Personal, professional, educational, and business outcomes depend on many circumstances outside Master Life Blueprint’s control. Examples, educational content, client experiences, and descriptions of possible benefits are not promises or guarantees of any particular result.
5. Purchases, booking, payment, and third-party services
Prices and material transaction terms are presented with the applicable offering or at checkout. Private appointments are not confirmed until the stated scheduling, agreement/verification, and successful-payment requirements have been completed. Payment processors, booking platforms, videoconferencing providers, email/SMS providers, and other service providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Master Life Blueprint does not receive or store full payment-card credentials when payment is handled directly by a third-party payment processor.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, forfeiture, package-expiration, event, or custom-engagement terms, when applicable, will be stated with the relevant offering, booking flow, checkout, order confirmation, or separate written agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or consumer right provided by applicable law.
6. Intellectual property and proprietary rights
The website and Master Life Blueprint materials contain intellectual property and proprietary content. The Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Access to or purchase of content does not transfer ownership or grant authority to reproduce, teach, certify, license, sublicense, sell, publish, distribute, train others in, or commercially exploit Master Life Blueprint materials or protected brand assets except as expressly authorized in a written license.
7. Confidential and restricted materials
Certain nonpublic materials may be provided only within a program, client relationship, training, certification pathway, license, or other controlled setting. Where materials are identified as confidential, proprietary, restricted, or subject to a separate agreement, recipients must comply with those restrictions. Public website access does not authorize access to nonpublic methods, internal materials, or restricted learning environments.
8. Acceptable use
You may use the public website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with website security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; submit malicious code; use automated means to extract substantial protected content in violation of these Terms; remove proprietary notices; or use the website or protected materials to facilitate infringement, fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful activity.
9. Reviews, feedback, and communications
Nothing in these Terms prohibits an individual from providing an honest review or assessment of Master Life Blueprint’s goods, services, or conduct, or from exercising rights protected by applicable consumer-review law. This does not authorize disclosure of another person’s private information, unlawful content, or disclosure/use of information that a person has a lawful duty to keep confidential. If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback outside a consumer review, you grant Master Life Blueprint permission to consider and use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you, unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Third-party links
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. Master Life Blueprint does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or independent practices. Your use of them is subject to their applicable terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Master Life Blueprint does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. This provision does not disclaim warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Life Blueprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website. Any limitation applicable to a purchased service must also be consistent with the specific agreement governing that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes and versioning
These Terms may be updated prospectively. The effective date and version appear above. Material changes will apply as permitted by law; where renewed affirmative consent is legally or contractually required, updated terms will be presented for acceptance rather than treated as accepted merely because they were posted. Records of prior versions should be retained for transaction and assent history.
14. Severability and nonwaivable rights
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed while the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
15. Informal dispute resolution and applicable law
Before filing a non-emergency contractual claim concerning the website or a Master Life Blueprint service, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice describing the dispute and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. This does not delay emergency or injunctive relief, override a statutory deadline, or require a consumer to surrender a nonwaivable right. Governing law, forum, arbitration, or other dispute terms for a purchased service will be stated in the specific agreement when appropriate; absent a valid specific agreement, applicable law determines those questions.
