Sovereignty Coach Training, Certification & Authorization Terms
1. Two-stage eligibility
The Sovereignty Coach Complete Training pathway is structured in stages. Eligibility for coach training may require prior successful completion of the designated Sovereignty Process and any other published prerequisites. Admission, participation, completion, certification, and continuing authorization are distinct statuses.
2. Controlled access and confidentiality
Training may expose candidates to nonpublic curriculum, methods, techniques, processes, implementation logic, exercises, assessment criteria, business information, recordings, manuals, brand standards, and other confidential or proprietary information. Candidates must use restricted information only for authorized training purposes, protect it using reasonable safeguards, and disclose it only to persons expressly authorized in writing. Materials designated Confidential, Proprietary, Restricted, Trade Secret, or equivalent remain subject to the applicable restrictions after training ends to the extent permitted by law.
3. Intellectual-property ownership
Training fees purchase access to training, not ownership of Master Life Blueprint intellectual property. Except for rights expressly granted in a later written license, all rights in protected curriculum expression, manuals, recordings, graphics, assessments, brand assets, certification materials, and other proprietary content remain with Master Life Blueprint and/or the applicable rights holder. Candidates may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, disclose, reverse package, or create unauthorized training/certification offerings from protected materials.
4. No premature teaching, representation, or certification
A candidate may not represent that they are a Master Life Blueprint certified or authorized coach, trainer, instructor, licensee, representative, or affiliate merely because they enrolled in or completed training. A candidate may not teach protected Master Life Blueprint material to third parties or certify others unless and until a separate written authorization expressly grants that right.
5. Practicum, assessment, and certification standards
Certification may require successful completion of coursework, examinations, practicum, observed or reviewed performance, ethics and conduct requirements, confidentiality obligations, and other stated standards. Completion of coursework does not guarantee certification. Decisions must be administered in good faith under the published standards applicable to the candidate’s cohort/version.
6. Separate certification and limited license
If certification is awarded, any authority to use Master Life Blueprint marks, titles, curriculum, certification status, or methodology in professional practice must be defined in a separate written Certification & Limited License Agreement. That instrument should identify the authorized credential, permitted uses, prohibited uses, term, territory if relevant, quality/brand standards, continuing requirements, renewal, suspension/revocation, post-termination duties, and any fees. No implied license arises from silence, payment, participation, or possession of materials.
7. Brand and trademark controls
Candidates may not register or attempt to register Master Life Blueprint names, marks, logos, confusingly similar identifiers, domain names, social handles, or certification titles as their own. Any later authorized trademark use must follow written brand standards and remain subject to quality control and the scope of the written license.
8. Candidate-created work
Ownership of a candidate’s pre-existing materials remains with that candidate unless separately agreed. Ownership and permitted use of new materials specifically commissioned, collaboratively created, or created as part of a defined Master Life Blueprint development assignment must be addressed in a separate written IP provision or assignment when needed; these general terms do not silently transfer unrelated pre-existing IP.
9. Confidentiality exceptions and protected activity
Confidentiality restrictions do not apply to information that is lawfully public through no breach, lawfully received without a duty of confidentiality, independently developed without use of restricted information, or required to be disclosed by law. Nothing prohibits a lawful report to a government agency, protected whistleblowing activity, or another disclosure that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
10. Security, return, deletion, and incident reporting
Candidates must protect credentials and restricted files, promptly report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure, and comply with reasonable instructions to return, delete, or destroy restricted materials when access ends, subject to lawful record-retention requirements and any archival copy expressly permitted in writing.
11. Suspension, termination, and revocation
Material breach of confidentiality, IP restrictions, safety/ethics standards, credential integrity, brand standards, or other material training obligations may result in suspension or termination of training access. If a later certification/license is issued, suspension or revocation of that status is governed by the separate certification/license instrument and applicable law. Termination does not erase obligations that by their nature or express terms survive, including valid confidentiality and ownership restrictions.
12. Remedies
Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information, trade secrets, intellectual property, or licensed brand assets may cause harm not fully compensable by money. To the extent permitted by law, the rights holder may seek injunctive or other equitable relief as well as damages and other remedies available under an applicable agreement or law. Remedies are cumulative only to the extent lawful and do not waive nonwaivable rights.
13. No guarantee of business results
Training, certification, or authorization does not guarantee clients, revenue, profit, business success, employment, or any particular outcome. Each person remains responsible for compliance with laws, professional-scope requirements, taxes, insurance, advertising rules, and business obligations applicable to that person’s activities.
14. Incorporation and individualized instruments
The Program Participant Agreement, Terms of Use, Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights Policy, and Privacy Policy apply where relevant. Before access to materially confidential training content, Master Life Blueprint may require an individualized NDA/confidentiality agreement. Before any certification or professional authorization becomes effective, an individualized Certification & Limited License Agreement must be executed. If the individualized instrument conflicts with these general terms, the more specific signed instrument controls to the extent permitted by law.
15. Electronic records and version control
The system should preserve the candidate identity, program/cohort, agreement and policy versions, date/time of acceptance, electronic signature or equivalent act, and enrollment identifier. Separate NDA and certification/license instruments should have their own version and execution records.
16. Counsel review before launch
Because certification, licensing, trademark quality control, restrictive covenants, trade-secret access, and remedies can depend on the actual program structure and participant jurisdiction, the final individualized NDA and Certification & Limited License Agreement should be reviewed by qualified counsel before the certification pathway opens for enrollment or authorization is issued.
