Transactional appointment communications
If you separately opt in to appointment-related SMS, Master Life Blueprint may send texts concerning the appointment or service you requested, such as confirmation, reminder, rescheduling, cancellation, access, or other service-related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to request that text messages stop and HELP for help. Reasonable revocation requests communicated by another available method will be honored as required by applicable law. An opt-out may prevent delivery of text reminders, but does not cancel an appointment or other contractual obligation by itself.
Service and transactional emails may be used to administer a request, booking, purchase, program, or relationship. Promotional email, when used, will include the disclosures and opt-out method required by applicable law.
Promotional SMS
Appointment-related or transactional SMS consent does not enroll you in promotional text marketing. If Master Life Blueprint launches promotional SMS, a separate marketing opt-in and campaign-specific disclosures will be used before promotional messages are sent where required.
Mobile information
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing. Service providers may process information as needed to deliver communications and support the messaging service.
Changes to contact information
If a telephone number or email address changes ownership or is no longer yours, please opt out or contact Master Life Blueprint so records can be updated.
