Master Life Blueprint™Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
This policy provides public notice of Master Life Blueprint’s intellectual-property and proprietary-rights position. It identifies protected categories without publishing nonpublic methodology or confidential business information.
1. Brand identifiers
Master Life Blueprint™ and associated source-identifying names, program names, logos, emblems, trade dress, and brand assets may be protected by trademark, unfair-competition, and related law as applicable. Use of ™ provides notice of a claimed mark and does not represent that a federal registration has issued. No use of the ® symbol is intended unless and until a mark is federally registered.
2. Copyrighted expression
Original text, curriculum expression, lesson content, written exercises, worksheets, graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, presentations, recordings, website content, compilations, and other original works may be protected by copyright. Copyright protects original expression; it does not by itself confer exclusive rights in an abstract idea, procedure, process, system, method of operation, concept, principle, or discovery.
3. Proprietary and trade-secret information
Master Life Blueprint also develops nonpublic know-how, methods, techniques, processes, sequences, internal protocols, implementation logic, facilitator materials, assessment structures, training architecture, certification standards, business information, and other proprietary information. Certain information may be maintained as confidential and/or as a trade secret when the legal requirements for such protection are satisfied. Nothing on this public page identifies or discloses the substance of information maintained as nonpublic.
4. Limited permission for public content
Unless a page or written license states otherwise, you may view public website content for your personal, noncommercial informational use. No ownership interest is transferred. Any other permission must be expressly granted in writing by Master Life Blueprint or the applicable rights holder.
5. Prohibited unauthorized uses
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, adapt, translate, remove ownership notices from, create commercial training from, package or repackage, publicly perform/display, or commercially exploit protected Master Life Blueprint content. You may not represent yourself or another person as certified, licensed, approved, affiliated with, or authorized to teach Master Life Blueprint based merely on participation in, purchase of, or access to any service or material.
6. Data extraction, model training, and automated reuse
To the extent enforceable under applicable law, no license is granted to use protected Master Life Blueprint content as a dataset or corpus for commercial model training, fine-tuning, retrieval augmentation, synthetic-content generation, systematic content extraction, or development of a competing curriculum, methodology, certification, coaching product, or commercial knowledge base. This contractual reservation does not purport to prohibit uses that applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding private agreement.
7. Training, teaching, certification, and licensing
Attendance, purchase, completion, or receipt of materials does not authorize a person to teach, train, certify, credential, license, franchise, sublicense, or commercially reproduce Master Life Blueprint offerings. Any authorization to use proprietary methodology, protected materials, certification marks or credentials, or Master Life Blueprint branding must arise from a separate written agreement defining its scope, quality controls, duration, and termination conditions.
8. Confidential materials
Materials provided under an NDA, confidentiality clause, restricted program, training environment, certification pathway, license, or other controlled-access arrangement remain subject to the applicable agreement and confidentiality obligations. Unauthorized access does not create a license or authorization to use or disclose the material.
9. Reporting suspected infringement or misuse
Suspected unauthorized copying, impersonation, brand misuse, or distribution of protected materials may be reported to hello@MasterLifeBlueprint.com. Include enough information to identify the material and the location of the suspected misuse. This reporting process is not represented as a statutory DMCA-designated-agent procedure.
10. Reservation of rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing in this policy expands intellectual-property protection beyond what applicable law provides, and nothing should be interpreted as a claim of exclusive copyright in unprotectable ideas, methods, systems, names, titles, or other excluded subject matter.
