This Privacy Policy describes how Master Life Blueprint handles personal information submitted through this website and related service workflows. It should be read together with any privacy notice presented by a third-party booking, payment, videoconferencing, email, or messaging provider you choose to use.
Information we may collect
- Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing/residential address when required for a service, and communications you send.
- Booking and service information: requested service, scheduling details, agreement acknowledgments, signature/assent records, transaction identifiers, and service history.
- Identity-verification information: information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of a private client. Government-ID copies should not be routinely retained unless a legitimate operational or legal need requires retention.
- Payment information: transaction status, amount, and processor references. Full payment-card credentials are handled by the applicable payment processor rather than intentionally stored by this website.
- Technical information: standard server/security information such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, and logs may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, or other infrastructure providers.
- Communication preferences: email and SMS choices and opt-out records.
How information may be used
Information may be used to provide requested services; schedule and administer appointments; verify identity; process and document transactions; respond to inquiries; send requested transactional communications; maintain records of agreements and consent; protect the website, clients, business, and legal rights; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with law; and improve business operations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support functions such as hosting/security, scheduling, payment processing, forms, email, SMS, videoconferencing, analytics, and professional services. Information should be shared only as reasonably necessary for the service or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Master Life Blueprint does not sell mobile opt-in information for third-party marketing and does not share SMS consent with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing.
Payments
Payment transactions may be completed through third-party processors. Their independent privacy and security practices govern information you provide directly to them. Master Life Blueprint should retain transaction records reasonably necessary for accounting, service administration, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
SMS and email
Appointment-related SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Transactional appointment consent is not consent to promotional SMS. If promotional SMS is offered, it must use a separate opt-in appropriate to that campaign. See the Communication & SMS Terms.
Children
The public website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children’s books/resources may be described publicly for parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults. A parent or legal guardian should make inquiries, purchases, bookings, or enrollments involving a child. If Master Life Blueprint learns that personal information was collected online directly from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, it will address the information consistent with applicable law.
Retention
Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the client/business relationship, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or enforcement of agreements, then securely deleted or de-identified when appropriate. Consent and opt-out records may be retained as evidence of compliance.
Security
Master Life Blueprint uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may request correction or deletion of information held directly by Master Life Blueprint, subject to identity verification and lawful retention needs, by contacting hello@MasterLifeBlueprint.com. Rights provided by applicable privacy law remain available when that law applies. Requests concerning information controlled independently by a third-party provider may need to be directed to that provider.
Policy changes
Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date/version. Where law requires additional notice or consent, the applicable process will be used.
