Program Participant Agreement

Version 2026-10-04-v1 · Effective and last updated: October 4, 2026

Applies before enrollment. This agreement is intended for a person enrolling in a Master Life Blueprint course, teaching, cohort, workshop, recorded learning program, or other participant program. A program-specific order page or addendum may add price, schedule, completion, rescheduling, refund, or delivery terms.

1. Parties, eligibility, and electronic transaction

By affirmatively accepting this Agreement, the participant requests enrollment in the identified Master Life Blueprint program and agrees to conduct the enrollment transaction electronically. The participant must provide accurate identity and contact information and must have legal capacity to enter the agreement. A parent or legal guardian must enter any agreement required for a minor participant.

2. Program scope and no guaranteed outcome

Programs provide educational, coaching, personal-development, and related learning experiences as described for the particular offering. Participation does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial, health, relationship, certification, or other outcome. The participant remains responsible for personal decisions and for obtaining licensed professional services when appropriate.

3. Program-specific requirements

The participant agrees to the schedule, prerequisites, attendance, assignment, examination, practicum, submission, technology, rescheduling, and completion requirements disclosed for the enrolled program. Failure to satisfy stated requirements may affect progression or completion. A completion certificate, if offered, documents completion only and does not itself grant a license to teach, certify, represent, reproduce, sublicense, or commercially exploit Master Life Blueprint intellectual property.

4. Fees, cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

Fees and material payment terms must be disclosed with the applicable offering or checkout. Program-specific cancellation, rescheduling, withdrawal, forfeiture, transfer, expiration, and refund terms apply only when conspicuously disclosed before purchase or contained in an accepted program addendum. Nothing in this Agreement eliminates a nonwaivable consumer right or remedy.

5. Intellectual property; limited participant access

Master Life Blueprint and/or its applicable rights holders retain ownership of course text, curriculum expression, worksheets, graphics, presentations, recordings, assessments, exercises, downloads, brand assets, and other protected materials. Enrollment grants only a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and personally use materials for the participant’s own participation, subject to this Agreement. No ownership is transferred.

6. Prohibited uses

Except with express written authorization, the participant may not reproduce, publish, upload, distribute, sell, resell, repurpose, translate for distribution, create unauthorized derivative training materials from protected expression, remove proprietary notices, share login credentials, make unauthorized recordings, provide materials to nonparticipants, train or certify others using protected materials, hold themselves out as an authorized Master Life Blueprint coach or trainer, sublicense access, or use protected materials to create or operate a competing or substitute training product in violation of applicable intellectual-property, confidentiality, trade-secret, or contractual rights.

7. Confidential and restricted information

Some program information may be designated Confidential, Proprietary, Restricted, Trade Secret, or equivalent. The participant must protect information so designated, use it only for authorized participation, restrict access to authorized persons, and promptly report known unauthorized access or disclosure. This duty does not convert publicly known information, information lawfully obtained without a duty of confidentiality, independently developed information, or information that applicable law protects a person’s right to disclose into confidential information merely by label.

8. Other participants; privacy

Participants must respect the privacy of other participants. A participant may not disclose another participant’s private story, identifying information, image, voice, submission, or confidential communication outside the program without that person’s authorization, except where disclosure is legally required or permitted. Master Life Blueprint cannot promise that another participant will never violate a confidentiality expectation; reported violations may result in access restrictions or removal.

9. Recording and publicity

Master Life Blueprint will identify when an official session is being recorded and the purpose for which the recording may be used. Any separate permission to use a participant’s identifiable image, voice, testimonial, or story for public promotional purposes must be obtained through an appropriate release or other valid authorization and is not created merely by accepting this Agreement.

10. Conduct, security, and access

Participants may not interfere with program technology or security, harass others, impersonate another person, share credentials, introduce malicious code, or obtain materials through unauthorized means. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, or conduct that materially disrupts the learning environment, subject to applicable law and any program-specific terms.

11. Reviews and protected disclosures

Nothing in this Agreement prohibits an honest consumer review or lawful report to a government agency or other disclosure protected by applicable law. This provision does not authorize disclosure of another person’s private information, unlawful material, or information the participant has a lawful and enforceable duty to keep confidential.

12. Relationship; no authority to bind or represent

Participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, certification, or authority to bind Master Life Blueprint. No participant may claim endorsement, accreditation, certification, authorization, or license unless Master Life Blueprint separately grants it in writing.

13. Incorporated policies and priority

The Terms of Use, Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated to the extent applicable. If a signed program-specific addendum directly conflicts with these general participant terms, the more specific accepted term controls for that program to the extent permitted by law.

14. Enforcement and nonwaivable rights

Actual or threatened unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential or proprietary information may cause harm for which monetary relief may be inadequate; Master Life Blueprint may seek lawful injunctive or equitable relief in addition to other remedies available under contract or applicable law. No provision creates a remedy that applicable law does not allow, and no provision waives a right or remedy that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

15. Severability; changes

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed without unnecessarily invalidating the remainder. Material changes apply prospectively; renewed affirmative acceptance will be obtained when legally or contractually required. Prior versions and acceptance records should be retained.

16. Electronic acceptance record

The enrollment system should retain the participant’s name, verified contact information, program selected, agreement version, applicable incorporated-policy versions, acceptance date/time, typed signature or equivalent electronic act, and order/enrollment identifier.
